Our real estate assets are financially centralized and operationally de-centralized so our team’s entrepreneurial spirit can shine through.

We are at our best when our team members at all levels of the organization feel comfortable and empowered to be decisive, take action and own the challenges they encounter in the moment. We want our asset managers to see themselves as business owners and run the asset as if they were its sole owner. This willingness to move quicker than our peers allows us to be smart, nimble and aggressive while still maintaining the benefits and economies of scale of a large organization.  

We challenge ourselves to be different and apply second level and contrarian thinking to help us identify the investments that will produce high returns and maximize shareholder value.
